I guide women who are learning to trust themselves again, not by fixing or forcing change, but by strengthening their relationship with their own inner knowing.

My background weaves together art, coaching, holistic psychology and decades of lived experience supporting women through transition, growth, and self-discovery. At the heart of my work is the belief that lasting change happens when we slow down enough to listen inward, allow the Self to lead, and make choices from our inner authority rather than fear, habit, or external pressure.

Some women come to this work through my Inner Authority Mentorship, where coaching stands fully on its own as a grounded, weekly container for developing self-trust, clarity, and conscious decision-making. Others are drawn to art as a creative practice that quiets the mind and reconnects them with intuition. Many find value in both.

You don’t need to be artistic to work with me. You only need a willingness to be honest with yourself and a desire to live in greater alignment with what you already know to be true.

My work is calm, relational, and practical, guided by conscious creation, nervous-system awareness, and deep respect for your innate wisdom.
