Art & Soul Coaching For the Conscious Creative Woman
You start with a paintbrush.
What you find is the woman underneath!
For the conscious, creative woman who already knows who she is, and is ready to trust it, live it, and feel it in her body.
You've done the reading, the inner work, the soul searching.
Your intuition, creativity and confidence are there.
They just don't feel like you want them to, embodied & steady.
Through art & inner alchemy work
you come home to the knowing that was always yours.
And yes, you're an artist. Everyone is, we are all co-creating with life in every choice we make.
For a Limited Time
I am offering a FREE Clarity Call
(valued at $250)
where we will discuss the life & goals you have been envisioning, the challenges blocking you from what you want, and the opportunities before you. It’s truly a special chance to start creating what you most want to experience in your life.
Text me & I’ll get you on the calendar while I still can.

About Teraysa (Tah-ray-sah)
Hi, nice to meet you. I’m Teraysa,
I guide women who are learning to trust themselves again, not by fixing or forcing change, but by strengthening their relationship with their own inner knowing.
My background weaves together art, coaching, holistic psychology including hypnosis and decades of lived experience supporting women through transition, growth, and self-discovery. At the heart of my work is the belief that lasting change happens when we slow down enough to listen intuitively, allowing the Higher Self to lead, and make choices from our inner authority rather than fear, habit, or external pressure.
My work is calm, relational, and practical, guided by conscious creation, mindset, parts work, nervous-system awareness, somatic work and a deep respect for your innate wisdom.

“Working with Teraysa was so much fun, she went out of her way to make sure everyone was seen, taken care of and included. The art I created with her is divine. I really appreciated her attention to giving alternate ways to get to the same destination so I could find what worked for me. I didn't want it to end. .”

“Teraysa is an amazing and intuitive teacher. She had gratuitous insights on helping me with my personal painting development with Painting From Your Soul experience. I loved every minute with her warm hearted essence! I have grown more confident being in her class and learned more about art and myself. I consider her a trusted friend for life and will be continuing on with any new training she has to offer.”
